Visual Voicemail Plus for BlackBerry®, Android and Mobile Phones

With Visual Voicemail Plus you can listen to and READ messages without dialing into your voicemail service. Visual Voicemail Plus is available for BlackBerry® and Android™ devices and any phone that supports picture/video (MMS) messages! ¹

Users with a supported BlackBerry® or Android device can manage their voicemail messages through an application.  Other mobile phones will receive voicemail messages via picture/video (MMS) messages.

If you have a BlackBerry® or an Android device you can now 2-way synchronize your voicemail messages between your device and traditional voicemail mailbox service. (I.e., if you delete or view a message in the application, it will be deleted or marked as read in your voicemail mailbox service.)  If you have a mobile phone that supports picture/video messages, messages will be saved on your traditional voicemail inbox when they have been successfully sent to your device (so you can manage your voicemail messages in one place).

Setting up Visual Voicemail Plus for BlackBerry

1. Once you subscribe to the service you will be sent a text message with a link to where you can download the application from Rogers Mobile Internet Portal. 
2. Click on the link and download the application.  There will be no cost for the application and you will not incur data for downloading the application
3. When you open the application on your device, follow the prompts to set up your new password and greeting and to activate the service
4. Once active any new voicemail messages you have or receive in your voicemail mailbox will be delivered to the application.  You can also press and hold 1 on your phone to access your messages the traditional way.

1. Click on the link and download the application.  There will be no cost for the application, however, you will incur data for downloading the application

Setting up Visual Voicemail Plus for mobile phones that support Picture/Video (MMS) messaging

1. Once you subscribe to the service you will be sent a text message with instructions to press and hold 1 to set up your voicemail if you do not already have an active voicemail. If your voicemail is already active there is nothing you will need to do.
2. When you recieve a new voicemail message, the message will now be forwarded to your phone via a Picture/Video (MMS) message and the message will be marked as Saved on the traditional voicemail service. You have 10 days to open and listen to the voicemail message. Once you have opened the message it will remain on your phone until you delete it.
