THE HANDSET PROTECTION GUARANTEE PROGRAM

We understand that as a business customer, you are highly dependent on your wireless devices and can't afford downtime.   Rogers includes value added device support services with our enhanced protection programs.  Check out all the ways we've got your back if your device malfunctions, is damaged, or is lost or stolen:

  • Exchange your device within the first 15 days after purchase to the original purchase location if it's defective.
  • If you're still within the manufacturer's warranty period (within the first year of purchase) and your device stops working, return your device to a Rogers store and take advantage of either our Courtesy Phone & Repair Program or Advance Exchange Program (a $35 service fee applies).
