Can we view our Rogers wireless small business account online?

Yes, sign up today on Business Self-Serve at www.rogers.com/bss. Business Self-Serve is an online account management portal designed specifically for small business customers. You can view invoices, make online payments, pull usage and cost reports, and modify your account details such as method of payment and billing address, and much more.
To sign up, visit www.rogers.com/bss and create a profile. Then, using a recent invoice from each account you wish to manage online, enter the required billing details to link the accounts to your profile. You must be an authorized user on file with Rogers for each account you wish to access. Once the registration is complete, you'll have immediate access to the account.

How can we see our Rogers invoices online?

Sign up for Business Self-Serve at www.rogers.com/bss. You'll gain immediate access to your account online. Then, starting with the next invoice, you'll be able to view, print, or download your invoices. You'll also be able to take advantage of our reporting functionality to view and trend your business's usage and cost data by account, subscriber, or employee groups you specify.

How can we go paperless and cancel our paper invoices?

If you're not already signed up for Business Self-Serve, sign up today at www.rogers.com/bss.
Within the Billing and Reporting section, you'll see an option to change your invoice type from "Online and Paper" to "Online". By making this change, you'll retain access to your invoices online, and no paper invoices will be mailed. You can choose to re-start your paper invoices at any time.

Can we view our Rogers small business account details on our wireless devices?

The Rogers My Account application provides secure access to your small business account right from your device. View your account balance, make a payment, check your wireless usage and manage your services on the go. The My Account app is available in the Apple App Store, BlackBerry App World, and the Android Market. It's also available by launching your mobile browser and clicking on My Account. You must be connected on the Rogers network (not Wi-Fi) to view your account details. Data consumed within this app is not charged to your account.
