How to disable compatibility view

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the Tools menu (you may have to press Alt to bring up the menu).

How to manage your family’s data usage

The Data Manager can control the usage for each line on your plan. You can select any person on your plan to be the Data Manager. Just follow these steps:


Sign in to your MyRogers account or use the MyRogers app.


Go to the Share EverythingTM section of your dashboard, and then select “Manage My Data”.


Choose a person on your plan to be the Data Manager for the account. You can change the Data Manager at any time.

The Data Manager can set alerts, top up or pause data and manage how your family streams.

  • Who can be a Data Manager?

    Anyone in the Share Everything plan who's sharing data can be the Data Manager. It doesn't have to be the account holder.

  • How does Stream Saver work?

    Stream Saver allows you to watch up to 3 times more video with the same amount of data that is in your current plan. By streaming content that it recognizes as video in standard instead of high definition quality (where available), you’ll get to enjoy more of what you love on your smartphone or tablet. You can turn it on or off at any time and you can choose which lines on your account use Stream Saver. Make sure you update your MyRogers app so you always have the latest features.

  • What do other lines get to see?

    Other lines (who aren't the account holder or Data Manager) still see how much data they're using through the MyRogers app, but don't have the same settings and views available to them. All lines will be able to see who the Data Manager is.

  • What happens when I'm on WiFi?

    Worry-free data management through MyRogers only counts usage from your monthly plan. Wi-Fi is separate from your mobile service, so we wouldn't count that as data usage.

  • How to manage your data while travelling?

    If you’re using Roam Like HomeTM in an eligible destination, you’ll see your roaming data usage together with your data usage in Canada through MyRogers. This way you can keep tabs on everything, just like you can at home. Learn more about how Roam Like Home works.

    You can check for overage charges by texting USAGE to 3330.
