Canada Post labour disruption


Getting your bill following the Canada Post labour disruption.

 

As you may be aware, a Canada Post labour disruption began on Oct 22, 2018 and has now come to a resolution. During this labour disruption, there were rotating strikes, each resulting in a delay of mail delivery in a particular area for approximately 24 hours, before returning to regular operation. For this reason, the delivery of your bill may have been delayed.

 

Canada Post continues to experience a delivery backlog following resolution of the labour disruption. For quicker access to your next bill, consider switching from paper to online billing. With online billing, you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your bill is ready. Then just sign in to Business Self-Serve to view, download and print a PDF version of your bill. Already switched to online billing? Great, you’re all set.

 

To view, download and print a PDF version of your bill now, follow these steps:

For Business Self-Serve Standard

  1. Sign in to Business Self-Serve.* [rogers.com/bss]
  2. If there are multiple accounts, select the account for which you wish to view bills.
  3. Select the Billing & Payment tab, and select Invoice from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the bill you wish to view, or make a payment.

For Business Self-Serve Premium
