We're enhancing our cable TV network to deliver on our commitment to provide you with quality in television viewing, programming and entertainment content. The Rogers Cable Network Enhancement initiative involves upgrading current analog channels to digital channels in order to provide a superior TV experience on our Rogers cable TV network.
To maintain your cable service, you may need to install a digital adapter. This site was designed to help assist customers who are affected by the upgrade.

To determine if you are affected by this enhancement, you will first need to enter your 12-digit Rogers cable account number found on the notification letter we sent you or on your monthly bill.

Where to find your account number on your bill:
Your account number starts with "2" and can be found in the top right corner of your Rogers Bill.
If you have additional services with Rogers (i.e., home phone and/or wireless), your 12 -digit Rogers cable account number can be found at the top of the Cable TV Services section of your Rogers bill.
What happens if I don't install a digital adapter?
If you choose not to install a digital adapter there will be some changes to your channel line-up.
