Electronic Delivery of Shareholder Materials
Rogers' registered shareholders (holders of share certificates) can elect to be notified by email every time key shareholder documents become available such as financial statements and proxy materials. To do so, registered shareholders can access their shareholder account on-line at: www.computershare.com. Once there, choose Enroll for e-delivery under Shareholder Services. This approach is faster than conventional mail and helps Rogers protect the environment and reduce printing and postage costs. Beneficial shareholders who hold their accounts with a financial intermediary (i.e. a bank, trust company, broker, nominee, etc.) must contact their representative directly.
