Have Device Protection and need to make a service request?

It takes just a few minutes to send a service request, and we can get most repairs done the same day! Here’s how it works:

  1. Visit http://www.rogers.com/servicerequest, go to my Plan, log in using your MyRogers info, then go to the Device Protection tab.
  2. Tell us what happened to your device.
  3. Select from the service request options presented to you.
  4. Pay any applicable processing fees.
  5. Get your device repaired or replaced.
  6. Receive your repaired or replacement device.

If you enrolled in our device protection program before May 5, 2021, and have Device Protection or Device Protection Lite, you can view your plan details online.

Device Protection is available for iPhone 7 and newer (excluding iPhone SE), iPad, Apple Watch, and all Android phones and tablets.

  • For iPhone and iPad: Get unlimited service requests for accidental damage resulting from handling and malfunctions covered under warranty and 1 replacement for loss or theft.

  • For Apple Watch: Get unlimited service requests for accidental damage resulting from handling and malfunctions covered under warranty.

Device Protection for Android

From

  • • Get up to 3 fulfilled service requests for your protected device in a rolling 12-month period, including up to 2 repairs for accidental damage from handling and/or out-of-warranty malfunction and 1 replacement for loss or theft.
