1. Select a stored picture, video or audio (i.e. voice note) file and send in a message
2. Create a message and attach a picture, video or audio (i.e. voice note) file
• Select Camera or Video or Voice Note (or similar option) from your phone's menu.
• Select the picture, video or voice note you want to send
• To send it in a message, select Options and then Send. Select Picture Message (or similar option like MMS or Multimedia message).
• You can also add text by typing a message which will appear below the picture
(in some cases text can be added right after the picture has been taken)

• Enter your recipient's 10-digit wireless number or email address and press Send.

• Select Messages from your phone's main menu.
• Select Picture Message (or similar option like MMS or Multimedia message).
• Select Insert and choose the picture, video or voice note you want to send.
• Enter your recipient's 10-digit wireless number or email address and press Send.
How much does it cost?

• There are no data charges applied when sending a video or picture/video/audio message within Canada. If you are roaming outside of Canada, data charges will apply on a per KB basis at the applicable roaming rate.
• There are no charges to receive a picture/video/audio message to a camera phone or a picture/video/audio message notification to a non-camera phone. If you choose to view images/files through your phone's mobile internet browser data charges will be incurred on a pay-per-day basis or per your Unlimited On-Device Mobile Browsing Add On.
• The same service charges apply to all picture/video/audio messages sent, regardless of whether they're sent from rogers.com or from your phone.
• The size of your message cannot exceed 300 KB, or sometimes less, depending on your phone model. Refer to the manufacturer's guide
