Step 1 - Register for Text Top-up payments by completing the registration form. Mail or fax the completed registration form to Rogers Wireless Customer Care or call Customer Care by dialling *611 from your Rogers Wireless handset.

Step 2 - Once registered, send a text message to 321 indicating the amount you want to add within the body of the message:

Step 3 - A text message will be sent to your Rogers Wireless handset confirming the request and asking for a reply with your 4-digit pass code to authorize the payment

  • Once complete, you will receive a text message confirming your new account balance

Activate your Pay As You Go card using Text Top-up!

 

Step 1 - Send a text message to 321 with 5000 within the body of the message

Step 2 - A text message confirming your request will be sent to your Rogers Wireless handset asking for a reply with the card's 14-digit PIN, a space and then your 4-digit pass code

  • Once complete, you will receive a text message confirming your new account balance
