Once you have signed up, you will be able to view your bill within about 5 days (advising you with a notification email). Simply follow the instructions to sign in, and select View My Rogers Bills.
Online Billing offers you additional features like payment history, e-mail notification of your bills and the ability to print or save your bills at your convenience.
Please refer to your bank to see if they accept payments for Rogers account. If they do, please make sure you select the correct division of the company: “Rogers Cablesystems”, “Rogers” formerly Cable Atlantic, “Rogers Messaging”, “Rogers Wireless” etc and then enter your account number.
Have your bills paid on time, subscribe to pre-authorized payment on your chosen credit card. Changes made to your credit card are effective immediately.
Simply sign in or register your Rogers account if you do not have a userID and click on Change Payment Method. Your changes will be made immediately.

Yes. In order to make any payments online or to view your bills you must be a registered user to www.rogers.com. A unique userID and password are necessary for you to log onto the secure network so that you can view and/or pay your bills online. There are also other benefits to registering - you can Service yourself online 24/7 in a secure environment…instead of waiting on the phone.
Monthly fees for your plan and options are billed one month in advance. If you are a new customer. you will see two month fees on your first bill – a partial fee for service from your activation date to the end of your first billing period, and a full fee for your next month.
Similar to credit card limits you will be assigned a Credit Limit Amount (CLA). Your CLM balance will be the sum total of any combined wireless, messaging, cable, data and any other service charges under the same number. Your CLA may be set during or after account activation and should not be exceeded to avoid interruption of your Rogers service.
