If you activated a new account or subscribed to an add-on service mid-way through your billing period, you will see partial charges for regular monthly fees and any actual usage charges incurred from your activation or add-on date to your invoice date. For example, if you subscribed to an add-on on September 23 and your invoice date is October 7 (see item 9), your bill will include 15 days of partial charges. Regular charges are monthly fees for each full month of service, billed in advance. For example, if your invoice date is October 7, you will see full monthly fees from October 8 to November 7.
To view your bill online, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your My Rogers account on rogers.com. You will be automatically taken to the My Rogers Overview page. 2. Click on View Bill under Billing Information. You will be taken to the most current invoice available, with option to view others since your initial registration as well. 3. Under 'Billing Information' click on 'View Bill' 4. If you do a Wireless plan change or activated a new cellular phone that is mid billing period, your usage is pro rated from the date of your activation or change to the end of your billing period. Any overages that occur will be billed at regular rates.
For example: if your plan includes 100 minutes and your billing period is from the 1st to the 30th of the month and the change to our account occurred on the 15th you will have 50 minutes free in your plan because you are paying from the 15th to the 30th. (100 mins / 30 days x 15 days = 50 mins)
It should be noted that your recurring fee is also prorated, so you will be charged a "partial" monthly service fee (MSF) as well.
Track your airtime, data and messaging usage right on your phone with My Account. Just launch the mobile internet on your phone and click on My Account from the Rogers mobile internet home page. When you use My Account, there are no data charges, nor will it deduct from your data bucket if you have a data plan. You can also check your airtime, data and messaging usage by logging in to My Rogers from your personal computer. If you don't yet have a My Rogers Account, sign up here.
The most convenient and easy way to pay your bill is to change/update your method of payment to pre-authorized chequing or pre-authorized credit card. Sign in to My Rogers at rogers.com, and on the Overview page, select Payment Method under Bill Information.
Select the method of payment located in the drop-down box.
