Understanding the credit card processing charge

The charge applies every time you pay your Rogers Small Business bill for 9-digit account numbers with a credit card (automatic payments or one-time payments).

The charge doesn't apply to any other payment method, including: 

• Direct debit from your bank account 
• Online banking payments 
• Cheques 
• Rogers gift cards 
• Prepaid cards 
• Debit Mastercard 
• Visa Debit 

One-time credit card payment

When making a one-time bill payment with credit card, you can view a breakdown of your total charge including the bill payment amount and credit card processing charge and any applicable taxes, before confirming your payment.  

You will also receive a payment confirmation receipt by email. 

Your credit card statement will only show the total charge. 

Automatic payments (Auto-Pay) with a credit card

The credit card processing charge applies at the time your credit card payment is processed. On your monthly bill, you will see your total bill amount, the amount of the credit card processing charge and the expected date your credit card will be charged.

To update your payment method from credit card to direct debit from your bank account, sign into My Business Account. For more details, visit Set up pre-authorized payments.
