Call Pull with Advantage Voice (Unison)

The Call Pull feature allows a user to move an active call from one device, such as a desk phone, to another, such as a smartphone.

To pull a call to a different phone/device: Dial *-1-1 on the new device.

To pull a call to a soft phone: Go to Calls and select Pull Call.
