Show My Caller ID with Advantage Voice (formerly Rogers Unison)

Show My Caller ID is a great way to protect your investment in marketing materials and stationery, expand your business into new regions, and enable your users to upgrade to new devices.

If you’re activating new mobile or desktop extensions, you might not want your clients, partners or other callers to have to remember a new set of phone numbers.

Use Show My Caller ID to control which number is displayed on caller ID when you make calls.

To set up Show My Caller ID on the mobile app or on the user portal:

1. Turn the toggle switch on.
2. Select the Edit link.
3. Select the phone number or the Show My Caller ID number that you want contacts to see when you call them.
4. Click Save when you are satisfied with your settings.
   
   

If you turn off Show My Caller ID, an “Unknown” message will show up on your contact’s caller ID.
