How do I make video and voice calls with the Soft Phone Calling feature?

Making and taking calls over the internet is easy with Soft Phone Calling.

To learn how to do this, first download Advantage Voice (available on Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS).

To make a call using the Soft Phone Calling feature, you can either access the directory or use the number pad.

From the directory:

Select the icon that looks like a silhouette of two people.
Search for the person you’d like to call or scroll to their name and select it to open their profile.

Using a mobile device? You can search both your device’s contact list and your company’s directory.

Once you have opened their profile, you have one of two options:

Select the phone handset icon to make a voice call.
Select the video camera icon to make a video call.

From the number pad:

Type in the number of the person you’d like to call.

Choose whether to make it a video or voice call by selecting the relevant icon.

While a call is active, you can mute it, place it on hold, or hang up.

To take a call, you can either:

Select the phone icon on your soft phone screen
Select the Accept button
