Manage data alerts and access of shared wireless plans

You can turn data access and data alerts on or off for subscribers on your shared wireless plan anytime in MyBusiness Hub. Here’s how:

If you haven't signed into your account yet:

  1. Go to the MyBusiness Hub sign-in page.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Enter your username and password.

Check the Remember me box if you want your browser to save your sign-in credentials for next time.

Manage shared data settings

  1. Once signed in, select Manage Shared Data.
  2. Go to Manage my Data Alerts.

Control Data Access

  1. Find the subscriber by searching their name or phone number.
  2. Use the on/off buttons to control the data alerts and data access for each subscriber.
  3. To confirm, select Yes, pause data or Yes, restore data.

Important: Data access automatically restores at the start of the next billing cycle. The subscriber will receive an SMS confirmation when change(s) are made.

Manage Data Alerts

  1. Turn Data Alert on or off using the toggle.
  2. When alerts are on, set a data threshold:
    • Select Edit.
    • Enter the amount or use the sliding alert icon.
    • Select Save to apply changes.

Changes take effect immediately.
