Contact Rogers Business Support Through MyBusiness Hub

1. What's changing?

Rogers Business is moving support requests from email to a Web To Case portal.

Instead of sending an email, you'll now submit requests through the secure Web To Case experience after signing in to your MyBusiness Hub account. This change helps protect your account information, improves request tracking, and allows you to view all case updates in one place.

Learn how to submit, track, and manage your cases through MyBusiness Hub. Create cases online, add comments, upload documents, and receive status updates.

2. Submit a support request

  1. Sign in to MyBusiness Hub.
  2. Under the My Cases tile, select Submit a service request or issue.
    • Depending on your page display, the My Cases tile can be at the bottom of the home page.
  3. Choose the business account name you need help with from the drop-down choices.
  4. Under Account or Subscription number, enter one of the following:
    • Account number
    • Phone number
    • Service ID
  5. Click Search
    • Your account or subscription number will need to be found before you can continue.
  6. Select the type of support you need:

    • Technical Support
  7. Select the reason for your request from the choices given.
  8. Complete any additional fields that appear.
  9. Attach any supporting documents, if required.
  10. Select Submit.

A confirmation page will display your case number once your request has been successfully submitted.

3. What happens after I submit a request?

Once your request is submitted:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email with your case number.
  2. Your request will appear in the View Cases section under My Cases of MyBusiness Hub.
  3. Rogers Business support teams will review your request and respond as needed.
  4. You'll receive email notifications when comments or updates are added to your case and when it’s completed.

4. View and track your requests

To view your submitted requests:

  1. Sign in to MyBusiness Hub.
  2. Select View Cases.

From here, you can:

  • View open and closed cases
  • Check the status of your requests
  • Filter cases by type and/or case status
  • Search for a specific case
  • View previous case history
  • Submit a new request

5. Add information or reply to a request

If more information is needed, Rogers may update your case and request additional details. In this situation, you will receive an email notification with Rogers consultant’s comments. The status of your case will also change to “Awaiting response”.

To respond, you can either click on the link in the email notification or:

  • Open the case from the View Cases section in the My Cases tile.
  • Select Comments.
  • Add your response or additional information.
  • Submit your comment.

Your comments are added directly to the case, making it easy to keep all communications in one place.

6. Requests that require a phone call

For some support scenarios, you'll be directed to contact Rogers Business by phone instead of submitting an online request.

When this applies, a message will be displayed with the appropriate phone number to contact.

7. I prefer to send emails and not log into the MBH Portal to submit request.

We understand that email is your preferred method of communication. However, to better protect your account information, we have transitioned to our secure Web-to-Case experience for support requests and account-related inquiries.

8.
Can I attach documents when I submit a request through the MBH web portal?

Yes. Depending on the type of request, you may be asked to download, complete, and upload a form or attach supporting documents.

9. Will I receive updates on my request?

Yes. You'll receive email notifications when your request is created, when the status of your case has changed and whenever new comments or updates are added.

10.
Can I see requests created by other users in my company?

Users with administrator access may be able to view requests created by other contacts within their organization. General users can only view their own cases.

11.
Can I search for older requests?

Yes. You can search for previously submitted requests from the View Cases page.
