The upgraded Rogers.com Self Service only allows a single Username for each e-mail address to make it easier for you and to facilitate future system enhancements.
For your privacy and security, you may notice some of your accounts do not appear when you sign-in to the new system. If that is the case, we ask that you please call our Online Customer Care at 1-877-343-5745 or sign-in to rogers.com to add your account again.
If you wish to receive your Password, we will send the Password to your e-mail address.
