How to register a MyRogers profile

​New to Rogers? We’ve already started the registration process for you to make getting started as smooth as possible. 

​The email address you provided when you ordered your service is your MyRogers username. To keep your information safe and ensure your profile is fully secure, follow these steps to complete your setup. 

​How to register a MyRogers profile 

We’ll send you an email to help you set up your MyRogers profile. Open the email and select Set my password to get started. If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.

How to register a MyRogers (Shaw) profile

If you’re a Rogers Together With Shaw customer, you can manage your account and services through the MyRogers (Shaw) website or mobile app. You can register by creating a username and password. 

To create your login:

  1. ​Go to the registration page
  2. ​Enter an email address to use as your username and choose a strong password.
    • Your password must have at least 8 characters, including a number, an uppercase letter, and a lowercase letter.
  3. ​If your email is not already on file, enter your account number and postal code (found on your order summary or bill). 
  4. Check your inbox for a registration email from noreplyshawid@sjrb.ca.
  5. Open the email and select Activate Now. This link is valid for 48 hours.
  6. ​A confirmation screen will let you know your profile is now active.

​Once finished, you can sign in to MyRogers (Shaw) to manage your bills and services.
