How to reset your password and recover your username

Forgot your username or password? You can recover them online in a few quick steps. Have your email or phone ready to receive a verification code.

Reset your password

Go to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw).
Enter your username and select Continue.
Select Forgot password?
Choose text or email to get a 6-digit verification code.
Enter the code into the boxes on-screen and select Continue.
Create a strong password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols) and confirm it.
For MyRogers, you’ll be asked to sign in. For MyRogers (Shaw), you’ll be signed in automatically.

Go to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw).
Select Forgot username?
Enter the email linked to your profile.
- If you’re unsure which email you used, choose Account information and select Continue or Retrieve Username.
Choose text or email to receive a 6-digit verification code.
Enter the code into the boxes on-screen and select Continue.
Create a new password (or reuse your current one) and select Continue.
Select Go to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) to sign in.
