Rogers Xfinity Stream app and browser requirements

Let’s make sure your computers and devices are compatible with the Rogers Xfinity Stream app. (Don’t worry – most are!)

Apple device requirements

iPhone and iPad

Requires iOS 15.0 or later
To access all content, use app version 7.8.0 or later

Download or update the Rogers Xfinity Stream app from the Apple App Store.

Apple TV

Requires tvOS 15 or later
For 4K streaming, use app version 1.10.0 or later

Supported Apple TV models:

Apple TV 4K (2nd generation) — 2021
Apple TV 4K (1st generation) — 2016
Apple TV HD — 2015

Amazon Fire device requirements

To access and watch 4K content on Amazon Fire devices, Rogers Xfinity Stream app version 8.6 or later is required. To download the Rogers Xfinity Stream app in the Amazon Appstore, your Amazon Fire TV, Fire Stick or tablet devices must be running Fire OS 6 or later.
