How to use Rogers Yahoo Mail

Learn all about Rogers Yahoo! Mail.

Reset Your Rogers Yahoo! Email Password

  1. Go to rogersmembercentre.com.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your Rogers Yahoo! email address into the Email Address field and click Next.
  4. Enter the Answer for your security question and your Date of Birth then click Next.
  5. Enter your new password, and confirm it. Passwords are case sensitive and:
    • Cannot be the same as the username.
    • Must be between 7 and 32 characters.
    • Cannot contain spaces.
    • Must contain at least two of the following types of characters:
      • Upper case letters (A–B)
      • Lowercase letters (a–b)
      • Numbers (i.e. 0–9)
      • Any of the following special characters - ! @ # $ % ^ *
  6. Click Next to complete the password change.

 

Disable conversations in Rogers Yahoo webmail

  1. Click support-internet-webmail-settings-gear-rogers and select More Settings on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click Viewing email.
  3. Turn off or toggle off Group by Conversation.

Create, enable or disable a vacation response

  1. Sign in to your Rogers Yahoo! Mail account.
  2. Click the Settings gear support-internet-webmail-settings-gear-rogers icon.
  3. Select More Settings.
  4. Select Vacation response from the left-hand side of the screen.
  5. Beside Turn on vacation response, which is located below Vacation Response on the right, click the toggle button to enable  or disable  a vacation response.
  6. Under Show vacation response during these dates, edit the start and end date you wish to have the vacation response active.
  7. Enter your personalized vacation response message in the text box.
  8. Click Save when complete.

Create, edit or disable an email signature

  1. Log in to your Rogers Yahoo! Mail account.
  2. Enter your Rogers Yahoo! email address and password, then select Next.
  3. Click Settings gear icon at the far right.
  4. Click More Settings.
  5. Click Writing email on the left-hand side.
  6. Under Signature click the toggle button of your email address to enable or disable a signature.
  7. Create or edit your signature in the text box below.

Change Your Rogers Yahoo! Email Password

  1. Go to rogersmembercentre.com/change/ (the last slash is needed).
    • If you’re already logged in to the Rogers Member Centre, select Account Information (on mobile devices tap  to see this), then Change Password and then skip to Step 3.
  2. Enter your @rogers.com or @nl.rogers.com email address and password, then select Next.
  3. Enter your Existing Password, then enter your new password twice.
    • Passwords are case sensitive and:
      • Cannot be the same as the username.
      • Must be between 7 and 32 characters.
      • Cannot contain spaces.
      • Must contain at least two of the following types of characters:
        • Upper case letters (A–B)
        • Lowercase letters (a–b)
        • Numbers (i.e. 0–9)
        • Any of the following special characters - ! @ # $ % ^ *
  4. Click Save to change the password.

 

Note: If you are using a mobile app (e.g. Outlook) to check your email, you may also need to update your email settings and app password. Not doing so may result in send/receive errors. Learn how to update your email settings.

Change your sending name in Rogers Yahoo! Mail

  1. Go to the Rogers Member Centre.
  2. Enter your Rogers Yahoo! email address and password, then select Next.
  3. Click Settings gear support-internet-webmail-settings-gear-rogers icon at the far right.
  4. Click More Settings.
  5. Click Mailboxes on the left-hand side of the screen.
  6. Click your @rogers.com email address under Mailbox list.
  7. Click the field under Your name to delete or edit your sending name.
  8. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.

Change your reply-to address

  1. Sign in to your Rogers Yahoo! Mail account.
  2. Click the Settings gear support-internet-webmail-settings-gear-rogers icon.
  3. Select More Settings.
  4. Select Mailboxes on the left-hand side of the screen.
  5. Under Mailbox list, click your @rogers.com email address.
  6. From the Reply-to address drop-down menu, select the email address you want to use as your reply-to address.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Add a new reply-to address

  1. Add the email address as a send-only address in your account. Not sure how? Visit this page for instructions.
  2. Follow the steps above to change your reply-to address. The email address will appear in your Reply-to address drop-down menu.
