Choose a Rogers service to link to Disney+

Select the eligible Rogers wireless line or Ignite service on your account that you want to use with Disney+ and accept the Terms and Conditions to redeem your promotion. Once you do, your Disney+ promotional subscription on us will start immediately.

Finish setting up Disney+

Visit the subscription management page in MyRogers. From there, you’ll be taken to Disney+ to complete your activation by creating a new account or linking an existing Disney+ account to your Rogers Disney+ subscription.

If you’ve already subscribed to Disney+ through another third party other than Disney, you will be continue to be billed for that subscription in addition to your new Rogers Disney+ subscription. Don’t forget to manage your existing subscription with them to avoid duplicate subscriptions and fees.

Can I sign up for a Disney+ promotion on each of my eligible services?

Yes. If you have multiple eligible services, you can redeem a promotion once for each eligible Ignite bundle or wireless line on your account.

However, each promotion is a separate Disney+ subscription and you will be billed for each one. Only one subscription through Rogers may be applied to each Disney+ account, which allows for up to 7 individual profiles that can be shared between family members across multiple devices.

You can redeem a promotion only once per eligible Ignite bundle or wireless line. This is true even if you switch to a different plan or package for each service.

How do I get Disney+ once I switch to an eligible plan or package?

How do I get Disney+ once I switch to an eligible plan or package? Once you switch to an eligible plan or package, we’ll send you an email or text message with instructions about how to sign up for Disney+ through Rogers. You can do this through either your browser or the MyRogers app. Here’s how:

1. Open the link in your email or text message and sign in to MyRogers. You’ll be taken automatically to the subscription management screen.

2. Under the Eligible for promotion section, select the phone number or Ignite bundle you want to set up with Disney+, then select Sign up. (If you choose multiple services, each one will count as a separate account/subscription.)

3. Review the terms and conditions on the following screen, then select Subscribe to Disney+.

4. You will see a confirmation that you’ve redeemed your subscription. Select Continue to go to the next screen to activate it.

5. On the subscription management screen, look for each service that’s currently subscribed, then select Activate. You will need to do this for each individual subscription.

6. You’ll then be taken to the Disney+ website to either create a new Disney+ account or link an existing one to Rogers. Separate subscriptions require separate accounts.

Please note that if you’re switching to an eligible Ignite TV or Ignite Streaming bundle, you’ll need to wait until your TV/internet installation is complete before using MyRogers to set things up with Disney+.

Can I still take advantage of this offer if I have an existing Disney+ subscription?

Don’t worry! You're still eligible for this promotion as long as you have an eligible Rogers service. When it’s time for you to link Disney+ to your Rogers account, just use the email address currently associated with your Disney+ account. Even better, all the TV shows and movies you’ve saved on your watchlist will automatically carry over.

If your existing Disney+ subscription is directly with Disney, it will be paused once you subscribe to Disney+ through Rogers. If you cancel your Rogers Disney+ subscription, your paused subscription will resume and you will be billed by Disney+ directly.

However, if you have an existing Disney+ subscription through a third party and you sign up for a Disney+ subscription through Rogers, you will be billed for each separate subscription. You will need to manage that third party subscription to avoid duplicate subscriptions and monthly fees.
