If you’re switching similar services from one Rogers brand to another, you may be eligible to have your Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) refunded.
This applies to service changes between these brands:
- Rogers
- Rogers together with Shaw
- Rogers together with Comwave
If you’ve cancelled your services with one of those brands and have started similar services with another brand on the list, we can refund your cancellation fee. The account holder’s name must be the same on both accounts.
After you’ve gotten your second bill with your new service provider, you can request an ECF refund from your old provider by filling out one of the following forms:
- If your previous provider was Rogers, please use this form: Rogers ECF refund form.
- If your previous provider was Rogers together with Shaw, please use this form: Rogers together with Shaw ECF refund form.
- If your previous provider was Rogers together with Comwave, please send an email to PAP@comwave.net with the following info:
- Name on the Comwave account,
- Comwave account number, and
- Attach the 2nd bill from your new provider.
