How to manage your MyRogers account settings
Reset your password
Forgot your password? You can recover it online in a few quick steps. Have your email or phone ready to receive a verification code.
- Go to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw).
- Enter your username and select Continue.
- Select Forgot password?
- Choose text or email to get a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code into the boxes on-screen and select Continue.
- Create a strong password (at least 8 characters, a mix of letters, numbers and symbols) and confirm it.
- For MyRogers, you'll be asked to sign in. For MyRogers (Shaw), you'll be signed in automatically.
Recover your username
- Go to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw).
- Select Forgot username?
- Enter the email linked to your profile.
- If you're unsure which email you used, choose Account information and select Continue or Retrieve Username.
- Choose text or email to receive a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code into the boxes on-screen and select Continue.
- Create a new password (or reuse your current one) and select Continue.
- Select Go to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) to sign in.
Enable profile notifications
Get notified with timely alerts for any changes made to your account. By enabling profile notifications, you can receive email or text alerts for changes to your profile.
- Sign in to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw).
- Select Settings.
- In the Settings Overview section, select MyRogers Profile.
- Under Profile Notifications, text and email will be ON by default. You can modify your text preferences to suit your needs.
