How To: Update your contact information in MyRogers (Shaw)

If you'd like to update your contact information you can do so using the MyRogers (Shaw) website (Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw) and the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). MyRogers (Shaw) uses your Username (formerly Shaw ID) to log in to view your bill, manage your account and your services. See here to create a new Username (formerly Shaw ID).

Update your contact information using the MyRogers (Shaw) website

To change your password using the MyRogers (Shaw) website:

  1. Visit Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw
  2. Click on My Profile
  3. Click on the Edit Profile tab
  4. Click Edit for the contact information you'd like to update:
    • Pronouns,
    • Phone Number,
    • or Email

Update your contact information using the MyRogers (Shaw) app

Follow these steps to update your contact information in the MyRogers (Shaw)  app:

  1. Open the MyRogers (Shaw) app. 
  2. Tap Manage Contact Information
  3. Update the requested contact information:
    • Pronouns,
    • Phone Number,
    • or Email.
