If you'd like to update your contact information you can do so using the MyRogers (Shaw) website (Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw) and the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). MyRogers (Shaw) uses your Username (formerly Shaw ID) to log in to view your bill, manage your account and your services. See here to create a new Username (formerly Shaw ID).

Update your contact information using the MyRogers (Shaw) website
To change your password using the MyRogers (Shaw) website:
- Visit Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw
- Click on My Profile
- Click on the Edit Profile tab
- Click Edit for the contact information you'd like to update:
- Pronouns,
- Phone Number,
- or Email

Follow these steps to update your contact information in the MyRogers (Shaw) app:
- Open the MyRogers (Shaw) app.
- Tap Manage Contact Information
- Update the requested contact information:
- Pronouns,
- Phone Number,
- or Email.
