How To: Update your contact information in MyRogers (Shaw)

If you'd like to update your contact information you can do so using the MyRogers (Shaw) website (MyRogers (Shaw)) and the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). MyRogers (Shaw) uses your Username (formerly Shaw ID) to log in to view your bill, manage your account and your services.

Update your contact information using the MyRogers (Shaw) website

To change your password using the MyRogers (Shaw) website:

Visit MyRogers (Shaw).
Select My Profile
Select Edit Profile
Select Edit for the contact information you'd like to update:
- Pronouns,
- Phone Number,
- or Email

Update your contact information using the MyRogers (Shaw) app

Follow these steps to update your contact information in the MyRogers (Shaw) app:

Open the MyRogers (Shaw) app.
Tap Manage Contact Information
Update the requested contact information:
- Pronouns,
- Phone Number,
- or Email.
