How To: View a printer-friendly version of your bill

Intended Audience: Legacy Shaw customers.

Learn how to print your bill easily using the MyRogers (Shaw) website (Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw) or the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). You can find printable PDF versions of past bills and quickly look at past transactions online.

eBill is also a fast, easy and convenient way to handle your monthly bill statements every month and lets you access your bills through MyRogers (Shaw).

In order to obtain a printer-friendly version of your bill, please perform the following steps.

View a printer-friendly version of your bill using the MyRogers (Shaw) website

Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw) account at Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw. If you have not yet registered for MyRogers (Shaw), you can find more details about signing up and managing your account through MyRogers (Shaw)

  1. Once signed in, click My Bills from the top navigation menu
  2. Under Account History, click View Bill beside the bill that you would like to review
  3. Your Web browser will now open a new tab with a properly formatted and print-ready bill in the popular PDF format

View a printer-friendly version of your bill using the MyRogers (Shaw) app

To view your current bill using the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store):

  1. Open the MyRogers (Shaw) app.
  2. Tap Billing in the bottom menu.
  3. Tap Previous Bills.
  4. Choose the bill you want to print
  5. Tap the menu (⋮) in the top right and select Print
