How To: View my current balance due

Intended Audience: Legacy Shaw customers.

You can view your current balance due for services using the MyRogers (Shaw) website (Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw) or the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

To view your current balance due using the MyRogers (Shaw) website:

  1. Visit Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw.
  2. Sign in using your Username (formerly Shaw ID) and password.
  3. Click My Bills and scroll down to Account Overview to find your current balance and due date.

To view your current balance due using the MyRogers (Shaw) app.

  1. Open the MyRogers (Shaw) app.
  2. Tap Billing in the bottom menu.

Your current balance and due date will be displayed at the top of the screen.
