Q: Are Shaw and Rogers now one company?

Yes, Shaw and Rogers came together in April 2023. Together we are investing in Western Canada to deliver more choice, connectivity, and innovation.

Q: Will Shaw change its name to Rogers?

For now, the Rogers and Shaw brands will co-exist, but over time you’ll begin to see the Rogers brand become more prevalent within Shaw products, services and offerings.

Q: Will I still have access to My Shaw account?

Yes, you can continue to manage your My Shaw account as you have done in the past, but you will notice a change in the colours of the app from blue to red. In addition, My Shaw has now rebranded to My Rogers (Shaw).

Q: Will my Shaw email address change?

There will be no changes to your current email address(es) at this time.

Q: Can I still use Shaw Webmail?

Yes there will be no changes to Shaw Webmail at this time. Shaw Webmail can be accessed at: https://webmail.shaw.ca/ .

Q: Can I still access Shaw Support?

You will notice that we are updating our Shaw branding for applicable products, hardware, and apps. With these changes, you will not see any impact to your existing services.

Customers with the Shaw Ignite TV experience may have already seen an update to their guide and menu appearances to reflect Rogers Xfinity branding on their TV. There are no changes to how the service works with these updates.
