How to see when my next payment is due

You can find out when your next payment for your services is due, using the MyRogers (Shaw) website (rogers.com/myrogers/shaw) or the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

To see your payment date using the MyRogers (Shaw) website:

  1. Visit Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw.
  2. Sign in using your Username (formerly Shaw ID) and password.
  3. Click My Bills.
  4. Scroll down to Account overview to see the Next payment due date.

To see your payment date using the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). 

  1. Open the MyRogers (Shaw) app.
  2. Tap Billing in the bottom menu.
  3. Find your payment due date below the Current Balance.
