The following steps explain how to perform a test alarm.
- Stay close to your Touchpad and primary emergency contact phone.
- Press the Panic button located on the bottom of the touchpad, indicated with a police badge.
- Select Medical from the 3 Panic types displayed on screen.
- You will receive a call from Central Monitoring Station on the touchpad if Wireless Two Way, or on your primary emergency contact phone.
- If the Monitoring Station does not call after 2 minutes of the alarm sounding, disarm the system and contact Technical Support at 1-888-Rogers1 to resolve the issue.
- You will receive a call from Central Monitoring Station on the touchpad if Wireless Two Way, or on your primary emergency contact phone.
- If you would like me to remain on the call to walk you through the test procedure, you must not be using the Primary Emergency Contact phone, or have the Wireless Two Way Voice service activated. Otherwise I will not be able to remain on the call since a monitoring agent will attempt to contact you via the Primary Emergency Contact phone.
