Reset the Day/Night HD Camera

Follow these steps to reset your Smart Home Monitoring Day/Night HD Camera.

You may need to reset your camera if you are trying to add it to your system and the pairing process fails.

  1. Press and the WPS button at the back of your camera for 10 seconds to reset. support-shm-reset-daynight-camera-rear-pinhole-rogers
  2. On the Smart Home Monitoring app or Touchpad, select Retry.
  3. Select the Next arrow.
  4. Try the pairing process (with the app or Touchpad) again.
