What if I enter the wrong code when arming/disarming?

  • When arming, just re-enter the correct code. No alarms are sent to the Central Monitoring Station.
  • When disarming, the alarm will continue to sound until the correct code is entered. If the correct code is not entered before the entry delay expires, then an alarm will be sent to the Central Monitoring Station, and the Central Monitoring Station will contact the customer to confirm the alarm.
