Set up and use a Home Phone voicemail distribution list

You can set up your group distribution list from your home phone or online.

Keep in mind: You can only add Rogers Home Phone and Rogers Wireless numbers to a group distribution list.

1. Dial *98 from your home phone.
2. Enter your voicemail password.
3. Press 4 for Personal Options.
4. Press 2 for Administrative Options.
5. Press 2 to Establish or change a Group Distribution List.
6. Press 1 to create a new group list.
7. Record a name for your group list and press #.
8. Press 1 to keep the name or press 2 to change it.
9. Enter the mailbox number (phone number) of the person you want to include in the group.
10. Enter the next number you want to add, and press # when you’ve added all your numbers.

1. Log into Online-Voicemail with your Home Phone number and voicemail password.
2. Select the Voicemail Settings tab.
3. Choose Voicemail Broadcast from the left menu.
4. Select New Group.
5. Select Create.
6. Enter the phone number of the person you want to include in the group and select Add New.
7. Repeat step 6 to add another number, select Submit when you’ve added all your numbers.

You can send messages to your group distribution list from your home phone or computer.

1. Dial *98 from your home phone.
2. Enter your voicemail password.
3. Press 3 to compose a message.
4. Enter the group number you want to send the message to.
5. Press #to confirm the group number.
6. Record your message and press #.
7. You now have the following options:
   • Press 1 to send the message.
   • Press 2 to review the message.
   • Press 3 to erase the message.
   • Press 4 to continue recording where you left off.
   • Press 9 for delivery options.
   • Press * to cancel the message.

1. Log into Online-Voicemail with your Home Phone number and voicemail password.
2. Select Compose Message.
3. Select To one of my Voicemail Group Distribution Lists and choose the group from the drop-down menu, then select Next.
4. Select the ‘record’ icon to begin recording your message.
5. Select the ‘stop’ icon once you’ve finished recording, then select Send.
