Find your WiFi password using the Ignite HomeConnect app
- Sign in to the Ignite HomeConnect app using your MyRogers username and password.
- From the WiFi tab, select WiFi details.
- Select the eye icon next to your password to show it.
How to change/update your WiFi Password & Network Name using the Ignite HomeConnect app
- Sign in to the Ignite HomeConnect app using your MyRogers username and password.
- From the WiFi tab, select WiFi details.
- Select Edit WiFi settings.
- Update your WiFi network name and password as desired. Then, press Save.
- Sign in to the Ignite HomeConnect app using your MyRogers username and password.
- From the WiFi tab, select WiFi details. A QR code will display on screen. You can scan or share it. Alternatively, you can also choose to share your WiFi password in other ways like email or text. When choosing to share this way, your WiFi password will be visible in the message you share.
