Here’s how to change your Rogers Yahoo! email password:
- Go to rogersmembercentre.com/change/ (the last slash is needed).
- If you’re already logged in to the Rogers Member Centre, select Account Information (on mobile devices tap
to see this), then Change Password and then skip to Step 3.
- If you’re already logged in to the Rogers Member Centre, select Account Information (on mobile devices tap
- Enter your @rogers.com or @nl.rogers.com email address and password, then select Next.
- Enter your Existing Password, then enter your new password twice.
- Passwords are case sensitive and:
- Cannot be the same as the username.
- Must be between 7 and 32 characters.
- Cannot contain spaces.
- Must contain at least two of the following types of characters:
- Upper case letters (A–B)
- Lowercase letters (a–b)
- Numbers (i.e. 0–9)
- Any of the following special characters - ! @ # $ % ^ *
- Passwords are case sensitive and:
- Click Save to change the password.
Note: If you are using a mobile app (e.g. Outlook) to check your email, you may also need to update your email settings and app password. Not doing so may result in send/receive errors. Learn how to update your email settings.
