Rogers Yahoo! email not working in Apple Mail

Some customers may be unable to add their Rogers Yahoo! email to the Apple Mail app after updating to Apple iOS 26.3 or a recent macOS version. This can affect iPhone, iPad and Mac devices. We’re aware of the issue and are working on a fix. Here are ways you can still access your Rogers Yahoo! email.

What you may experience with the Mail app

When trying to add or use your @rogers.com email in the Mail app, you may notice:

  • You can’t complete the setup.
  • The mail app constantly asked to sign in or authenticate.
  • Email stops syncing.
