Shaw email: service details and settings
Important: New Shaw email addresses can no longer be created
As of February 26, 2026, Rogers will no longer create new “@shaw.ca” email addresses. We review our services regularly to keep them aligned with how customers use them, and this update is part of that ongoing process.
You can keep using your existing Shaw email addresses. This includes signing in to Webmail and managing your current account details. If you need a new email address, there are many third-party email providers that offer different features you can choose from.
What your Shaw email includes
A Shaw email address ends with “@shaw.ca”. It includes the following storage and size limits:
- Mailbox capacity: up to 1GB total storage.
- Maximum message size: up to 20MB, including attachments.
- Maximum attachment size in Webmail: up to 5MB per file.
