Changing your WiFi name and password with Rogers Xfinity app

Learn how to view and change your WiFi network name and password using Rogers Xfinity app (formerly known as BlueCurve Home App) or web.

Note: If you're using Rogers Xfinity WiFi Boost Pods (formerly known as BlueCurve Pods (Gen 1)), you cannot split your WiFi names and passwords from one another.

Change your Rogers Xfinity Gateway network name and password

To change the wireless network name on your Rogers Xfinity Gateway (formerly known as Fibre+ Gateway):

Open the Rogers Xfinity app.
Tap on your WiFi network name.
Select Edit WiFi settings at the bottom of the screen
Enter your new WiFi password in the WiFi password field and press Save.

Note: After making changes, you may need to choose your new network name or enter your new password on previously connected devices.
