Having trouble with Internet or TV connectivity? Once per hour, you can use MyRogers (Shaw) to restart your modem and fix most common connection issues.
Restart your modem using MyRogers (Shaw)
Restart using the MyRogers (Shaw) website
To restart your modem using the MyRogers (Shaw) website:
- Visit Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw.
- Sign in using your Username (formerly Shaw ID) and password.
- Click My Services up at the top and select Internet.
- To the far right under Help & Support, click Restart.
- When asked to confirm, click Restart.
- Wait up to 10 minutes for your modem to restart.
Restart using the MyRogers (Shaw) app
To restart your modem using the MyRogers (Shaw) mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store):
- Open the MyRogers (Shaw) app.
- Under Internet, tap Manage Internet.
- Under Troubleshoot, next to Restart my modem, tap Restart.
- When asked to confirm, tap Restart.
- Wait up to 10 minutes for your modem to restart.
