What’s changing
To maintain your settings and security features, download the Rogers Xfinity app on or after March 25, 2026. Everything you use today, like Parental Controls, Advanced Security, and Self Protection video feeds, will carry over to the new Rogers Xfinity app.
What to expect
The Rogers Xfinity app includes refreshed sign-in screens and will continue to be enhanced with new improvements. Your current app settings will carry over, and you can continue to use the same features you enjoy today.
Simply sign in using your existing MyRogers (Shaw) credentials.
How to switch starting March 25, 2026
- Download the updated Rogers Xfinity app.
- Sign in to the app by selecting MyRogers (Shaw).
- Delete the Rogers Xfinity (Shaw) app from your device(s). It looks like this:
