Troubleshoot issues with the Ignite WiFi Hub website

Having trouble with the Ignite WiFi Hub website? These troubleshooting steps should solve most common issues. Go through them in order, stopping if the issue is resolved.

If you’re having trouble using the Ignite WiFi Hub app, visit this page.

Step 1: Make sure your browser is up to date

Ignite WiFi Hub is only supported on the latest versions of the browsers listed here.

Step 2: Restart your computer

This ensures that any issues that may be caused by memory conflicts with other apps or other device memory management issues are cleared.

Step 3: Clear your browser cache and cookies

You can also try Private Browsing (CTL+SHIFT+P on Edge and Firefox or COMMAND+SHIFT+N on Safari) or Incognito Mode (CTL+SHIFT+N on Chrome). These browsing modes create a separate session that doesn’t use your currently stored cache or cookies.

Step 4: Try a different computer or browser

If this solves the issue, there may be a security setting or software on the computer or browser you were using that’s preventing you from using Ignite WiFi Hub. We suggest contacting the manufacturer or developer to help identify the cause.

If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Technical Support and we’ll help you out.
