How you qualify
You qualify if you activate a primary or additional line on an eligible Popular or 5G+ Ultimate plan.
This applies whether you bring your own device or finance a new one:
- Upgrades and plan changes for existing lines don't qualify on their own. You must activate a new eligible line.
- Only 1 offer (1 pair of tickets) is available per account, regardless of how many lines you activate.
How to get your ticket code
You'll receive an email with your unique ticket code within 10 business days of activating your eligible plan.
If you don't receive the email:
- Check your junk or spam folder
- Confirm your contact email address is correct on your account
- Contact us if you still haven't received it
How to redeem your tickets
Your code expires September 15. Complete your redemption before this date.
- Open the email and follow the link provided
- Enter your unique code
- Choose an available home game and select your seats from the 500-level section
- Complete your redemption at least 10 days before the game
