Configure MAC Filtering On ZTE MF28

The following steps explain how to configure MAC filtering on a ZTE MF28 rocket hub.

1. Connect an Ethernet cable from the PC to the Rocket Hub.
2. Open a web browser.
3. In the address bar enter 192.168.1.1.
4. Login using:
   • Password: admin
     • If you changed the password enter that instead.
5. Click Settings.
6. Click Firewall.
7. Click MAC/IP/Port Filtering.
8. Click on the MAC/IP/Port Filtering drop down box and select Enable.
9. To setup MAC filtering, only adjust the following information:
   • MAC address: The MAC address that will be filtered
   • Action: Choose whether to allow to decline the packet if the rule is matched
   • Comment: Comment for the filter settings
10. Click Apply.
