How do I view or change my current wireless price plan?

Here’s how you can view and change your mobile plan using MyRogers online or through the app.

Online

  1. Go to rogers.com and sign in to your MyRogers account. If you don’t have one yet, register here.
  2. On the Overview tab, select Manage on the number you’d like to check the plan for.
  3. You’ll find your plan in the My Wireless Plan section. If you’d like to change your plan, continue to the next step.
  4. Select Change plan.
  5. You’ll find a list of plans available to you. Select the plan you want and then select Proceed to checkout.
  6. Review your plan details. When ready, select Submit order.

Via the MyRogers App

  1. Open the MyRogers app and sign in to your account.
  2. On the dropdown menu, select the phone number you’d like to check the plan for.
  3. Select the Plan tab.
  4. You’ll find your plan in the My Wireless Plan section. If you’d like to change your plan, continue to the next step.
  5. Select View plans in the Change your plan section.
  6. You’ll find a list of plans available to you. Select the plan you want and then select Proceed to checkout.
  7. Make sure your plan details are correct, and then select Submit order.

Things to know when changing your plan

  • If your current plan isn’t available anymore, you won’t be able to revert back to it once you change your plan. 
  • You won’t be able to change your plan if your account has an outstanding balance or if the phone number is suspended.
  • Price plan changes take effect immediately. Make sure to check out details about prorated charges.
  • A downgrade fee may apply if you change to a lower tier price plan. We'll let you know about the fee during checkout.
  • After changing your plan, you’ll receive a  mobile service agreement. This confirms details about your new plan.
  • You can also change your price plan with a specialist (phone, live chat or in-store), but a Price Plan Chage fee may apply. For more information about this fee, visit rogers.com/charges
