Perform Master Clear on Apple iOS Devices

The following steps describe how to erase all user content and media on the phone memory of Apple iOS devices.

Note: This will delete all content from the device. Advise customer to back up their device with iTunes if possible.

1. Click Settings.
2. Select General.
3. Select Reset.
4. Select Erase All Content and Settings.
5. Click Erase iPhone to confirm.
