What you need to know about Rogers Pro On-the-Go

Rogers Pro On-the-GoTM is a service that lets you order a new phone, then get it delivered as soon as today and set up just the way you like it.

In the midst of the current public health situation, we’re making changes to our Rogers Pro On-the-Go service to keep our communities, customers and employees safe. Customers in the serviceable area can now get their new phones delivered as soon as the same day as ordering with contactless delivery and remote setup support from a Rogers Pro. Who is eligible and how to book a Rogers Pro On-the-Go appointment

Who is eligible for Rogers Pro On-the-Go?

Rogers Pro On-the-Go is currently available for people in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, select parts of southern Ontario, Calgary, Edmonton, and Greater Vancouver, Halifax and in Winnipeg who order select eligible phones. To see if you’re eligible, start shopping for a phone online, look for the banner at the top of the shopping page, and then select “check eligibility”. A pop-up window will appear for you to enter in your postal code.

If you are not within the eligible coverage area, you can try another postal code to check if Rogers Pro On-the-Go is available in that area. We are expanding this service to other major cities across Canada in 2022, so stay tuned for more eligible locations!

Please note that this service is not available for TV/cable or internet orders. If you need help setting up Rogers TV or internet services, please contact us directly.

How do I take advantage of Rogers Pro On-the-Go?

If you’re eligible, you can take advantage of Rogers Pro On-the-Go when you open a new Rogers account or upgrade your current Rogers phone. You can do this online or by calling our Customer Solution Centre. However, if you want to add a new line to your existing Rogers account, you must do so online.

You pick the time and place for your appointment when you’re completing your order. Whether you’re at home, at work or even at your favourite coffee shop, a Rogers Pro will meet you anywhere within the eligible coverage area of this service.

What can I expect from my appointment?

On the day of your appointment you will receive a text message reminder, and then a Rogers Pro will personally get in touch (by calling, texting or emailing you) to agree on a convenient time to meet within your chosen appointment window.

Rogers Pro On-the-Go is paperless. All order confirmations, customer agreements and receipts, including those processed during the appointment itself, will be sent via email.

Covid-19 Update: To keep our communities, customers and employees safe in the midst of the current public health situation, we’re making changes to our Rogers Pro On-the-Go service. During this time, customers can continue to get their phone delivered as soon as today with contactless delivery and will now receive remote set-up support from their Rogers Pro. For receipt of delivery purpose, digital signature confirmations would still be required during the visit.

Once you receive your new phone, your Rogers Pro will call you to help you get fully set up and teach you all the tips and tricks you need to get the most out of your new phone.

They will also bring a variety of phone accessories that you can purchase, as well as a selection of tablets and smartwatches. You can get all our devices and accessories for $0 down and 0% interest, and finance them in equal monthly payments over 24 months.

Can I have the Rogers Pro On-the-Go appointment at my house, office, or somewhere else?

Yes. Your appointment can happen anywhere that is convenient for you as long as it is within the eligible area covered by this service.

How much does Rogers Pro On-the-Go cost?

Nothing! This service comes at no extra charge.

What devices are eligible for this service?

Currently, you can order only select phones online using this service.

If you are eligible for Rogers Pro On-the-Go, you can find out which phones are eligible when you shop for a phone online or when you call our Customer Solution Centre. When your Rogers Pro arrives for your appointment, they will also bring with them a variety of phone accessories that you can purchase, as well as a selection of tablets and smartwatches. You can get all of these for $0 down and 0% interest, and finance them in equal monthly payments over 24 months.

Do I need to change my phone plan?

You may need to switch to a Rogers InfiniteTM plan when you upgrade your phone or add a new line, if you haven't done so already.

How soon can I get my new phone?

When you complete your order, you can get your phone as soon as the same day depending on the available Rogers Pro On-the-Go appointment time slots presented to you.

Getting ready for your Rogers Pro On-the-Go appointment

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Before the appointment, have your account information and passwords handy (i.e. Google or iOS), as well as your MyRogers account info. You should also back up any texts, photos, videos and music on your phone.

Who needs to be present for the appointment?

The Primary Account Holder must be present during the appointment with a government-issued photo ID. This is the person who opened the Rogers account, and whose name appears on the bill.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • Driver’s license
  • Canadian passport
  • Provincial ID (or Age of Majority Card)
  • Status card
  • Senior Citizens Card
  • Military Service Identification Card

Can my new phone be dropped off at my door?

Yes. However, the Primary Account Holder must be physically present to meet the Rogers Pro at the scheduled appointment time, and they must also have a government-issued photo ID with them. For receipt of delivery purpose, digital signature confirmations would still be required during the visit.

I’m not the Primary Account Holder, but I’ve given authorized access to the account. Can I get my new phone even if they’re not there?

No. For security reasons, the Primary Account Holder must be present for the appointment.

How long will the appointment take?

The average appointment is approximately 30 minutes but we’re here to meet your needs – we’ll stay and provide as much or as little help as you need.

Are appointments available on weekends?

Yes; we can schedule appointments on any day of the week, though appointment times vary by location:


  • Greater Toronto Area & southern Ontario: The service is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays) unless otherwise specified.
  • Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax: The service is available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays) unless otherwise specified.


Appointment times are subject to Rogers Pro appointment availability.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

Your order confirmation email will include a link to reschedule your appointment. Just visit that link to reschedule your appointment to an available time slot that meets your needs. You can also contact us directly.

What if I have more than one appointment booked? Can I combine appointments?

If your appointments are booked under the same account, for the same day and for the same location, your orders will automatically be combined into one appointment.

Can I exchange or return the phone I purchased through Rogers Pro On-the-Go?

When Rogers stores are open, you can exchange or return your phone at any Rogers corporate retail store within 30 days of receiving your phone.

As a result of COVID-19 we recommend that you call your closest store before visiting to determine if they are open and still processing returns.
