Ordering Online

Whether you’re a new customer or an existing one, whether you’re looking to upgrade your smartphone and wireless plan or to purchase a Smart Home Monitoring system and equipment, you can find and order it all on Rogers.com. Simply explore your options under the “Shop” tab on the Rogers.com home page.

Tracking your Online Order

When your package ships, you will receive an email from Rogers with your tracking number and the name of your courier.

If your order is shipped through Purolator, you may also receive SMS messages from your courier when your order has shipped, so please check your MyRogers profile to make sure your contact number is up to date.

Returning Online Orders

If you need to return a Rogers product you ordered online, make sure of the following:

  • You are within 15 days of your purchase date
  • The device or equipment is in its original, undamaged condition
  • Any passwords or locks are removed

Once you’ve confirmed the above, follow the process detailed here to return or exchange your online order.
