What happens if I lose my eSIM activated device?

Use the steps below to report your lost or stolen eSIM activated device: 

  1. Sign in to your MyRogers account 

  1. Select the phone number of the lost device 

  1. Scroll to My Device 

  1. Select Lost or stolen device and follow the steps.

After completing the steps above, you can visit a Rogers store to explore your options for a new device and get an eSIM voucher.
