Activate or change your Netflix plan with Rogers Xfinity App TV

Activate your plan

Netflix Standard with ads is included with your Rogers Xfinity App TV plan. You'll get an email to activate it. If you already have a Netflix account, use the same email you use with it to link the account and to avoid double charges.

  1. Select Activate in the email. If you get an expired token error, select Send a new link and try again. If you don’t have the email, sign in to MyRogers or MyShaw and select the Netflix banner.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Sign in with your MyRogers or My Shaw credentials.
  4. Select Activate Netflix.
  5. Select Enter Password. If you have a Netflix account on a different email, select Link a different account.
  6. Enter your password and select Next. If you don't have a Netflix account, you'll need to create one.
  7. Select Yes, Start Watching. To change your plan, select Show other plans. If you pick Premium or Standard, you’ll only pay the difference. The extra charges will appear on your next bill.

Change your plan

Change your Netflix plan to something that suits your needs within MyRogers or MyShaw

MyRogers

  1. Log in to MyRogers
  2. On the Overview screen, go to the Your subscriptions.
  3. Select Manage next to the Netflix logo.
  4. Select Show all plans.
  5. Choose the plan you want. 

My Shaw

  1. Log in to My Shaw
  2. On the My Services screen, select the Subscriptions tab.
  3. In the Netflix section, select Manage Netflix account.
  4. Choose the plan you want.
