When your App TV plan is activated, you’ll receive an email from Rogers reminding you to activate your Netflix plan. More email reminders will be sent 5 and 19 days after you’ve activated.
Activate or change your Netflix Plan included with your Rogers Xfinity or Streaming services
If you already have a Netflix account
You can link your current Netflix account to avoid being double charged and easily transfer your profiles, watch history and preferences.
Option 1:
- Open your activation email and select Activate now to sign in to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw). You’ll then be directed to a Manage Subscriptions dashboard
- Select Go to Netflix. You’ll now be redirected to netflix.com.
- In Netflix, select link a different account and enter the email address you use for your current Netflix plan.
Option 2:
- Sign in to MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw).
- Select Get started in the Netflix banner. A Manage subscriptions page will open.
- Select Go to Netflix. You’ll now be redirected to netflix.com.
- In Netflix, select link a different account and enter the email address you use for your current Netflix plan.
You’ve now successfully activated your Netflix plan included in your App TV plan.
If you need to create a new Netflix account
If you don’t have a Netflix account, you can create one and activate it through your activation email or your MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) account.
Option 1:

Change your Netflix plan
You can change your Netflix plan to one that fits your needs through your MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) account.
Through MyRogers
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- On the Overview page, go to Your subscriptions.
- Next to the Netflix logo, select Manage.
- Select Show all plans.
- Choose the plan you want.
Through MyRogers (Shaw)
- Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw).
- On the My Services page, select the Subscriptions tab.
- In the Netflix section, select Manage Netflix account.
- Choose the plan you want.
